We provide offices, cubicles, and desks for small businesses, non-profits, solopreneurs, and startups that have access to conference rooms to host meetings, a large training area to host workshops, and secure high-speed internet.
We also have a virtual member option that provides you with a mailbox and access to use the conference rooms and drop-in desks.
Prices range from $115 per month for a virtual tenant (mailbox, access to conference rooms, drop-in desks), $225 per month for a dedicate cubicle, and private offices that range from 150 to 600 sq ft with a monthly rate of about $1.92 per sq ft.
Coworking spaces generally have a higher cost per sq foot because they provide a lot more amenities and extras that you end up paying for like snacks, beverages, and a lot of open gathering spaces. What we offer is a no frills, Class A, office environment. We don't offer snacks, ping-pong tables, a pub, or a golf simulator, which allows us to keep our prices low. Also, we're not here to turn a profit on space. We are a member owned co-op, which means the residents of New Albany Works own New Albany Works - and if you become a member, you too will become an owner in the co-op.
